Main Responsibilities
  1. Training Development: Facilitate training materials, including manuals, videos, and hands-on training modules tailored to production processes.
  2. Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate hands-on training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees on manufacturing techniques and safety procedures.
  3. Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with production supervisors and management to identify training needs and skill gaps within the team.
  4. Evaluate Training Outcomes: Assess trainees' skills through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify training needs and areas for process improvement.
  6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.
  7. Safety Training: Ensure that all training includes essential safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
  8. Mentorship: Act as a mentor to new employees, providing guidance during their onboarding process.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on training or production.
  • Skills: Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles; familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes; ability to assess training needs and develop training programs.
Work Environment

May involve working in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and production lines. Must be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple training sessions.
