As an Technician for our Mold & Tool Dept/ DSM Flex / Secondary Packaging, you are tasked to ensure production meet Safety, Quality and Output target and operate in compliance to all GMP/GDP requirements and HSE regulatory requirements at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for productivity and product quality effectively and efficiently.
• Perform pack-size conversion and machine troubleshooting, actively engaging in production.
• Provide technical support to improve production OEE.
• Coordinate effectively across the team.
• Ensure good 5S standards and HSE compliance in SP operation.
• Drive and participate in the recovery process of non-routine issues.
