About the Role

Join a leading manufacturing solutions provider, as a Product Engineer. You will play a key role in supporting production readiness, ensuring quality and process stability, and driving continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to support production and engineering changes.

• Manage and maintain systems such as Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP for process and material data.

• Support rack packaging design and improvements to enhance assembly readiness.

• Lead and execute BOM and material changes, ensuring smooth implementation with cross-functional and global teams.

• Provide engineering support during mass production to maintain process stability and product quality.

• Participate and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen).

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) qualifications at the factory level.

• Assist in internal and external ISO audits for compliance and readiness.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing preferred).

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels.

• Ability to manage tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision.
