Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company. The role focuses on implementing and sustaining BD Excellence in the Tuas Plant, driving productivity improvements, and managing Venflon improvement projects from design through validation and production rollout.

You will coach colleagues on continuous improvement, address top losses to boost OEE, participate in manufacturing projects, and uphold safety and ISO14001 environmental standards. This position is based at BD's Tuas Plant in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Implements and sustains BD Excellence work process for the manufacturing unit.
• Identifies and plan improvement projects for productivity improvement.
• Project management for Venflon improvement projects, including change control, MSA, process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and producing validation documents and training.
• Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
• Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
