A reputable company is looking for a candidate to manage Purchase Orders and customer accounts in Loyang. The role involves ensuring efficient demand and supply management while supporting business requirements through reporting. Candidates should possess a minimum of Nitec or Diploma, with relevant experience in material planning, and enjoy excellent welfare and benefits with career progression opportunities.

Working location: Loyang
Working day: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
To coordinate and manage Purchase Order requirements
To manage, plan, analyse and oversea demand & supply commitments
To communicate with customers and internal teams
To be responsible in managing customers’ accounts, driving shipment/revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements, customer forecast/requirements
Implement new processes to support the changing needs of the company
Manage product configurations and BOMs with JO database
To support business/department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports
Perform other assigned duties
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Nitec, Diploma qualification with 2 years of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry
