Responsibilities:

• Assist the production supervisor and manager both on-site and off-site.
• Gain a strong understanding of the equipment through hands-on learning.
• Operate and maintain processing equipment.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Clean equipment before and after production.
• Plan, organize, and manage tasks and workflow.
• Retrieve and weigh raw materials for production.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/cosmetic production processes or a similar field.
• Proficient in machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable about manufacturing techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
