Job summary

KUAN ZHAI ALLEY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production, ensure output targets and deadlines are met, and manage shift supervisors and frontline staff.

You will monitor KPIs (efficiency, waste, downtime, yield), ensure GMP and food safety compliance, coordinate with warehouse, maintenance and QA teams, lead Lean/5S improvements, and prepare production reports while managing labor budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food manufacturing / central kitchen, with 2+ years as manager.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Data-driven; comfortable with Excel and basic ERP.
