Job summary

Nordic Industries Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable production leader to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement production schedules and plans.
Ensure that production meets quality standards and specifications.
Manage and lead a team of production workers and supervisors.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality control departments.
Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage inventory levels to support production schedules.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
Implement and oversee maintenance programs for production equipment.
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
Supervise the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
