Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• At least five years in master data management, data governance or supply chain systems.
• Direct exposure to MES and MEP design or large-scale manufacturing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional squads translating business and user needs into use cases, requirements and delivery plans.
• Own integrated roadmap for manufacturing master data solutions, partnering with value stream owners and PMO.
• Coordinate capacity, sequencing and dependencies across squads with visibility on progress and risks.
• Conduct data discovery across MES and ERP systems to understand data sources and landscape.
• Define data requirements for line setup, work orders, production reporting and other MEP workflows.
• Develop processes for routings, BOMs, work orders, genealogy and traceability records.
• Identify root causes of data discrepancies and guide their resolution.
• Establish data quality metrics and governance practices and monitor data integrity.
• Recommend system and process improvements to prevent recurring data issues and realize value.
