Lead manufacturing operations: Oversee daily production, ensuring efficient scheduling, achieving cycle time, and maintaining quality standards.
Build and develop teams: Recruit, train, and mentor manufacturing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance: Collaborate with QA to maintain cGMP standards, manage batch records, and navigate audits successfully.
Drive process optimization: Spearhead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Manage risks: Develop strategies to mitigate risks, particularly for product mix-ups and high-sensitivity products.
Promote safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, creating a secure working environment for all team members.
Foster collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.
Monitor performance: Maintain production records, track KPIs, and report on operational performance and issues.
Scientific background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Pharmaceutical experience: Bring at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Technical expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations.
Problem-solving skills: Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize processes and implement effective solutions.
Organizational prowess: Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Professional integrity: Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
