Job summary

TQC Precision Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Assistant to keep production lines running smoothly through routine machine upkeep and minor fault troubleshooting, with strong emphasis on safety and cleanliness on the factory floor.

You will support senior technicians, perform preventive maintenance on CNC components, motors, pumps, and drives, and contribute to minimizing downtime while ensuring safe operation of high-voltage equipment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education; Nitec or technical certificates in electrical or mechanical fields are preferred for industrial roles.
• Ability to read basic blue prints, use hand tools, and understand factory safety
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Multi meter, Clamp meter

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance – CNC Mechanical parts, Motors, Coolant Pumps, Filters and Drive fan
• Facility Maintenance, Aircon Maintenance, Air Compressor, Lighting, Electrical distribution system
• Plant Electrical wiring
• Machines and equipment Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Knowledge about sensors, limit switches 5V and 24V DC electrical troubleshooting
• Ability and safety to work with HVAC 415V and 600V DC current in machine control panel
