Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Assembly/Testing technician in Singapore. The role involves assembling and testing products, working with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and efficiency, and maintaining compliance with ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has a technical diploma (NTC3) and relevant experience, with familiarity in Mass Spectrometers, to support manufacturing processes at the Woodlands site.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or NTC3 in a technical discipline with relevant experience.
• Experience in Mass Spectrometers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test the product to ensure all requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Supervisor, Manufacturing, and Engineers to ensure quality, waste and efficiency targets are met.
• Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to verify they meet all criteria.
• Implement initiatives to improve quality and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and update ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentation; uphold housekeeping and safety standards.

Job Summary:

• Monday to Friday (8am to 5.15pm)

• Basic up to $3200 + AWS + VB

• Woodlands

Job Responsibilities:

• Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all requirements are met.

• Work with the Supervisor, Manufacturing, and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste, and efficiency meet the required standards.

• Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to verify they meet all required criteria.

• Execute initiatives to increase quality and work process efficiency.

• Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or NTC3 in a technical discipline with relevant experience.

• Experience in Mass Spectrometers.
