Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a manufacturing technician to assemble and test products, ensuring they meet all requirements. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:15 pm, Woodlands-based role with basic pay up to SGD 3,202 plus AWS and VB.

The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma or NTC3 and has experience with Mass Spectrometers; you will collaborate with the Supervisor, Manufacturing and Engineers to maintain quality, waste reduction and ISO conformity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NTC3 in a technical discipline.
• Experience in Mass Spectrometers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test the product to ensure all requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Supervisor, Manufacturing and Engineers to meet quality, waste and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to verify criteria.
• Implement initiatives to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 docs and uphold housekeeping and safety.

• Work with the Supervisor, Manufacturing, and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste, and efficiency meet the required standards.

• Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to verify they meet all required criteria.

• Execute initiatives to increase quality and work process efficiency.

• Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or NTC3 in a technical discipline with relevant experience.

• Experience in Mass Spectrometers.
