ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead the design, development, documentation, and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Design, author, configure and validate Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
- Implement MES solutions and integrate them with ERP and control equipment
- Document MES configuration and conduct validation activities
- Provide oversight for complex MES systems and architecture
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into system requirements
- Manage user requirement collection and functional analysis related to manufacturing processes
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams and clients to ensure project success
- Manage medium to small-sized teams or projects in MES implementation
ABOUT YOU
- Experience with MES platforms in automated Life Sciences manufacturing environments
- Experience in MES system design and integration with ERP and control systems
- Knowledge of GxP, GMP and FDA regulatory environments
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and validation processes
- Fluent English
- You have an ability to facilitate meetings and follow through on action points effectively
