Job summary

Ardentec Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Engineering Leader responsible for overall machine performance and OEE. You will manage daily line issues, coach engineers, and drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing efficiency and cost reduction.

The role requires strong leadership, people management, and excellent communication across all levels of the organization, with a focus on data-driven decision making and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in equipment assembly/test and engineering work preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting on conclusions.
• Familiar with 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• In charge of overall machine performance and contribute to OEE.
• Manage Engineering Team on daily line issues and guide actions.
• Lead, coach and mentor engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support team in cross-department problem solving.
• Share experience and lessons learned with all engineers.
• Work toward achieving department KPIs.
• Lead new projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
