A leading company in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing the complete manufacturing process, from raw material intake to product dispatch. The ideal candidate will have a strong CNC machining background, experience in the Precision/Aerospace sector, and skills in process improvements. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Precision/Aerospace Manufacturing.
• Strong background in CNC machining (milling/turning).
• Able to interpret technical drawings and quality standards.

Job description

• vPlan and define the complete manufacturing process, starting from raw material intake to final product dispatch.
• Build CNC programs and develop custom fixtures, tools, and inspection gauges.
• Create and update digital work instructions aligned with technical blueprints.
• Run pilot builds and coach shop-floor staff on process execution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Materials Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Precision/Aerospace Manufacturing industry.
• Strong CNC machining background (milling/turning) with programming know-how.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM systems; Siemens NX.
