Job summary

A leading company in the Precision/Aerospace Manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to oversee the entire manufacturing process. The role involves developing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, and coaching staff on best practices. Candidates with a degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job description

• vPlan and define the complete manufacturing process, starting from raw material intake to final product dispatch.
• Build CNC programs and develop custom fixtures, tools, and inspection gauges.
• Create and update digital work instructions aligned with technical blueprints.
• Run pilot builds and coach shop-floor staff on process execution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Materials Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Precision/Aerospace Manufacturing industry.
• Strong CNC machining background (milling/turning) with programming know-how.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM systems; Siemens NX.
