Job summary

A leading company in Singapore seeks to hire a Production Manager to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, high-tech manufacturing environment. The candidate will lead teams, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met while training operators and implementing process improvements. Ideal candidates have a diploma in Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in similar settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate any line issues.

• Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance.
• Implement improvements to minimize human errors.
• Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line.
• Collaborate with departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance in the fab.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).
