Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support assembly of IFC products in Singapore. The role focuses on process improvements, productivity, quality, yield, and cost efficiency within a GMP-regulated environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP data analysis, BOM setup, capacity planning, and manufacturing readiness. The position offers permanent employment and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, D365, or Visual Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and engineering activities for the assembly of Integrated Fluidic Circuit (IFC) products
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency
• Support new product introductions, equipment implementation, and manufacturing readiness activities
• Identify manufacturing issues, track progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and quality system requirements through SOP, work instruction, and process updates
• Monitor manufacturing performance using KPIs such as WIP, yield, cycle time, throughput, and production cost
• Analyse ERP data to improve manufacturing operations and reporting
• Support product costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) setup, and capacity planning
• Work closely with Purchasing and Process teams to ensure material availability and quality standards
• Assist in manufacturing training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
