Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is a world leader in design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and APU systems. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, managing capital equipment projects and optimizing production processes at the Singapore site.

The position requires a Mechanical Engineering background, up to three years of relevant manufacturing or aerospace experience, and strong analytical and teamwork skills. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives using RTX CORE principles.
• Manage acquisition, delivery and commissioning of capital equipment, fixtures and tooling.
• Develop, evaluate and implement manufacturing processes and product lines; optimise processes like peening and polishing.
• Support First Article Inspection activities and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain bills of materials, routings and work instructions; provide technical support to teams.
