Job summary

ELITEZ AVIATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to our manufacturing production teams, help launch new programs, and drive continuous process improvements in precision machining.

You will optimize machining operations, maintain documentation, and resolve technical feedback while collaborating on CAPEX justifications and safety initiatives. Strong CAD/CAM skills and GD&T literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Precision, Manufacturing, Material Engineering or related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• CAD/CAM proficiency in Siemens NX / Unigraphics; GD&T literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Manufacturing Technicians for ongoing programs and new implementations.
• Establish procedures and create JIS, NC programs, and Tool/Gauge plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies for capacity expansion and layout optimization using Lean methods.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues from quality feedback or client requirements.
• Develop process tests, collect data, and justify CAPEX investments.
• Actively participate in EH&S, Quality, and CORE continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to our manufacturing production teams, assist in launching new programs, and drive continuous process improvements. You will play an active role in optimizing precision machining operations, maintaining documentation, and resolving technical feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Assist Manufacturing Technicians with ongoing production programs and new program implementations.




• Process & Tooling Setup: Establish manufacturing procedures and documentation. Create Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC programs, and Tool/Gauge plans using Siemens NX / Unigraphics.




• Continuous Improvement: Conduct feasibility studies for capacity expansion, workflow improvement, and layout optimization using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.




• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve technical issues arising from internal quality feedback or external client requirements.




• Process Testing: Develop and run process enhancement tests, compile technical data, and present justifications for capital expenditure (CAPEX).




• Safety & Compliance: Active participation in company-wide EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety), Quality, and CORE continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Mechanical, Precision, Manufacturing, Material Engineering, or related discipline.




• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant hands‑on manufacturing engineering experience.

  • Proficient in CAD/CAM applications (Siemens NX / Unigraphics preferred).

  
  

  • Hands‑on familiarity with precision machining tools (e.g., 5‑Axis CNC, Milling, Lathe).

  
  

  • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
