Job Responsibilities
Set up manufacturing processes and ensure proper documentation.
Create job instruction sheets, NC programs, and tool/gauge plans using Siemens NX.
Lead initiatives to boost productivity, including selecting and designing tools or fixtures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from both internal and external customers.
Conduct feasibility studies to improve manufacturing capacity, layout, and expansion plans.
Continuously improve existing manufacturing systems and processes.
Support company-wide efforts to enhance productivity and quality.
Prepare justifications for capital expenditure (CAPEX) when needed.
Preferred Skills
Skilled in Unigraphics or other CAD/CAM software.
Hands-on experience with precision machining tools (CNC, lathe, milling).
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
