A leading company in electromechanical products is seeking a skilled technician to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure product quality. The role involves building and testing equipment, production planning, troubleshooting productivity issues, and supporting product transfers. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and have 1-2 years of experience, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The incumbent needs to plan and improve the manufacturing processes. He identifies areas for improvement, maintains high level of manufacturing and product quality as well as to ensure cost efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Build, test and commissioning of electromechanical equipment (product) and its related sub-components.
• Production planning to ensure smooth production.
• Support product transfers from R&D to Production.
•Troubleshoot and improve productivity, workflow and effectiveness at production.
• Prepare documents and reports as required by the production.
•Operate and maintain facility equipment.
•Manage vendors/suppliers to ensure strong and cost-effective support to factory operations.
•Provide field service and application support when needed.
•Participate and improve company-wide Environment, Health & Safety.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics / Electromechanical / Electrical or equivalent.

•At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
•Eager learner, responsible, self-motivated, team-player.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Good communication skills and able to relate with people of all levels (both written and spoken).
• Able to work independently and multi-task with minimum supervision.
•Good time management.
•Able to travel overseas (short stay) for work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in Mandarin and written Chinese (to communicate with Chinese counterparts).
