• Manage day-to-day test & packaging process activities, including scheduling, workflows, capacity planning but not limited to cost rate, production variance, work-in-progress inventory and its' accuracy, quality yield, capacity and etc.
• Ensure efficient production operations by supervising staff, providing guidance, and fostering optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely delivery of products.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize production variance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed.
• Required to work in 12 hours day/night rotating shift.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.
• Knowledge in data visualization tool such as power BI or tableau is preferable.
