  • Attend to daily production technical issues to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Lead, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement initiatives in the workshop.
  • Address quality issues and collaborate with the Quality Assurance Department to resolve or contain problems using Plant Lean methodologies (QRQC).
  • Work closely with Engineering and R&D departments to transition new processes/technologies into production on time.
  • Participate in productivity, quality, and cost reduction programs.
  • Drive company KPIs and internal PPM targets.
  • Systematically solve problems using methodologies such as PDCA, TPM, QRQC, SMED, and Six Sigma.
  • Be familiar with process improvement tools including FMEA and SPC.
  • Maintain good communication skills to effectively interact across different levels and functions.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Be assertive, result-oriented, and possess good leadership qualities.
  • Show perseverance and a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and adhere to timelines for tasks and projects.
  • Provide training to employees on procedures and processes.
