• Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets, NC program, and Tool/Gauge plan.
• Initiate productivity improvement activities.
• Resolve technical issues relating to customer feedback.
• Perform feasibility studies for manufacturing capacity and layout improvements.
• Participate in company-wide productivity and quality programs.

Qualification & Requirement

• Degree in an Engineering discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material).
• At least 2 years of experiences in relevant skills, industry(precision manufacturing, aerospace related industry)
• Preferred Skills (if any):
• Demonstrate high level of attention to details.
• Ability to be Flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to analyze information and quickly solve problems.
• Experience with metrology standards and equipment.
• Basic MS Excel, Word skills.
