Job summary

Silicon Labs in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support NPIs, production qualifications crucial to time to market and business continuity. This role offers the opportunity to be exposed to and learn about roles in Assembly/Package Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Failure Analysis.

You will support NPIs, participate in design reviews, and assist with reliability testing and failure analysis in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any related Eng field.
• At least 2 years experience working in Assembly Manufacturing or Reliability Lab environment
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with Rel equipment or Bond Diagrams and assembly materials

As Manufacturing Engineer, you are expected to support various functions within the Manufacturing Technology team. Your role is to support NPIs, production qualifications crucial to the success of the product time to market and business continuity. This role offers the opportunity to be exposed to and learn about roles in Assembly/Package Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Failure Analysis. This encompasses support for these functions and familiarization with different job functions within the Manufacturing Technology group.

Skills You Will Need
