Job summary

A leading switchgear manufacturer in Singapore is hiring a draftsman to design and prepare manufacturing drawings of electrical switchboards. This full-time role offers training for candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, working Monday to Friday in a collaborative environment. Competitive salary plus performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• No experience is required, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare manufacturing drawings of electrical switchboards.
• Assemble modular drawings based on the panel design.
• Perform weight, heat loss calculations and air flow simulations as required.

Job description

Our Client:

• Switchgear Manufacturer

• Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5.15pm

• North - Senoko

• Basic UP $3300 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare manufacturing drawings of electrical switchboards

• Assemble modular drawings base on the panel design

• Perform Weight, Heat loss calculations ah Air Flow simulations as required

• Prepare Material Order List for Mechanical parts

• Liaise with vendors for Material enquiries

• Work closely with Manufacturing & Production team

Requirements:
