Job summary

Sanofi Singapore is hiring a Biotechnologist, Manufacturing to join the pioneer batch of the manufacturing operations shift team in a state-of-the-art Greenfield facility. You will be involved in commissioning, qualification, and routine GMP manufacturing activities, while supporting regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.

The role requires an Engineering or Science degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to work across upstream/downstream

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Internships or industrial attachments in biopharma advantageous.
• Self-starter who can operate in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and Qualification activities for equipment and systems.
• Execute routine GMP manufacturing activities in line with Process, Quality and Safety standards.
• Support regulatory and audit readiness and preparation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimization projects.
