Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in engineering production.
• Experience in metal fabrication and precision engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Job description

• Has minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing in engineering production industry

• Has good interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with staff

• Able to read engineering drawings

• Has relevant experience in metal fabrication, semi-conductor, precision engineering industry

• Has CNC Milling and CNC Turning experience and knowledge

• Has CAM Program knowledge

• Has car driving license

• Able to manage machinists, programmers, coordinate with Sales and Production team

• Able to process Management Plan and operation

• Work according to production plan and to maintain operational efficiency

• Monitor all production parts and to ensure all of the production process following the standard procedures

• Able to problem solve and to make decision on ways to decrease cycle times and increase efficiency of setups

• Carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality

• Work together as a team with other departments

• Do ISO documents and to follow up with night shift staffs

• Maintain continuity among working teams by documenting and communicating actions
