What does the job consist?

Purpose

Responsible for production equipment, quality of output, on-time delivery, improvement, safety, and housekeeping in the manufacturing line to produce high-quality SOI and Refresh products for customers, ensuring smooth operations within departmental guidelines and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

1. Production Equipment
   • Operate production equipment in assigned areas and perform basic maintenance on one tool group to manufacture high-quality SOI and Refresh products.
2. Quality and Quantity of Output
   • Execute operations according to SOPs and actively prevent non-conformance to ensure no wafer scrap.
3. On-time Delivery
   • Monitor and expedite all production lots, control WIP in the production line, and plan output according to MMP requirements to achieve minimum cycle time and meet daily customer demands.
4. Basic Process Stability
   • Monitor process stability within one process group, follow qualification procedures to restore tools after maintenance, and improve wafer quality.
5. Quality
   • Perform routine control checks, follow up with corrective actions, and ensure equipment operates properly to maintain product quality.
6. Improvement
   • Participate in improvement activities and training to enhance work standards.
