Qualifications

• 3 years of manual software testing experience, with 2+ years in Capital Markets domain.
• Solid understanding of workflows in Equities, FX, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and system requirements to design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform various testing types: functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate end-to-end trade life cycle activities, including trade booking and execution, risk assessment, trade confirmations, settlements and reconciliation
• Log, manage, and track defects using test management tools such as JIRA and ALM.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, QA leads, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of manual software testing experience, with 2+ years in Capital Markets domain.
• Solid understanding of workflows and products within Equities, FX, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
• Strong experience in test documentation and defect management.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar test and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
