Job summary

The Nail Arcadia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Manicurist & Lash Artist to join our salon team. You will deliver professional nail and lash services while upholding high standards of hygiene and customer experience.

Responsibilities include manicures, pedicures, gel nail services and lash extensions/lifts, with a strong focus on safety and workmanship. On-the-job training and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Manicurist / Nail Technician and Lash Artist.
• Good nail art skills will be an advantage.
• Great customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicure and pedicure services including gel nails.
• Perform gel manicure and gel pedicure services.
• Apply nails, polish and gel as per client preference.
• Provide lash services including lash extensions and lash lifts.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and patient comfort during services.
• Recommend suitable nail and lash services to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstation.
• Assist with daily salon operations as needed.

Job Description

The Nail Arcadia Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Manicurist & Lash Artist to join our growing salon team.

The successful candidate will provide professional nail and lash services while maintaining high standards of service quality, hygiene and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services
• Perform gel manicure and gel pedicure services
• Nail preparation, shaping, cuticle care and polish/gel application
• Perform basic to advanced nail art according to customers' preferences
• Perform professional lash services, including lash extensions and lash lifts
• Conduct proper lash preparation and application while ensuring customer comfort and safety
• Recommend suitable nail and lash services based on customers' needs
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper sanitation of tools and workstations
• Follow salon SOPs, service procedures and hygiene standards
• Assist with daily salon operations when required
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Manicurist / Nail Technician and Lash Artist
• Good practical knowledge of manicure, pedicure and gel nail services
• Experience in lash extensions and/or lash lift services
• Good nail art skills will be an advantage
• Able to provide neat, professional and consistent workmanship
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant beauty, nail or lash qualifications/certifications will be an advantage
