Job summary

The Nail Arcadia Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Manicurist & Lash Artist to join our growing salon team in Singapore. You will provide professional nail and lash services while upholding high standards of hygiene and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include manicure, pedicure, gel nails, lash extensions and lifts, nail art, and ensuring customer comfort. The role requires independent work and team collaboration with a focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manicurist or Nail Technician and Lash Artist.
• Proficient in manicure, pedicure, and gel nails.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Perform gel manicure and gel pedicure services.
• Nail preparation, shaping, cuticle care and polish/gel application.
• Perform basic to advanced nail art according to customers' preferences.
• Perform professional lash services, including lash extensions and lash lifts.
• Conduct proper lash preparation and application while ensuring customer comfort and safety.
• Recommend suitable nail and lash services based on customers' needs.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper sanitation of tools and workstations.
• Follow salon SOPs, service procedures and hygiene standards.
• Assist with daily salon operations when required.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Manicurist / Nail Technician and Lash Artist
• Good practical knowledge of manicure, pedicure and gel nail services
• Experience in lash extensions and/or lash lift services
• Good nail art skills will be an advantage
• Able to provide neat, professional and consistent workmanship
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant beauty, nail or lash qualifications/certifications will be an advantage
