Grace Montessori invites a warm Chinese Language Teaching Intern to support our Montessori programmes for young children in Singapore. This part-time role suits a student who enjoys working with kids and wants hands-on experience in early childhood education within a small-group setting.

You will engage children in Mandarin through songs, activities, and conversations, assist the Directress, and help maintain a welcoming learning environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking Mandarin with young children.
• Enjoys interacting with children and supporting their development.
• Patient, observant, and willing to learn about the Montessori approach.
• Some teaching experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in Mandarin through songs, stories, conversations, games, and simple activities.
• Support children's natural acquisition of Chinese language in a fun and meaningful way.
• Work alongside the Montessori Directress during sessions.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining a welcoming learning environment.
