Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Junior Mandarin Teacher to join our enrichment and language centre in Hougang. You will conduct Mandarin lessons for primary and secondary students following the provided curriculum.

You will adapt teaching methods to student needs, prepare engaging activities, monitor progress, assess work, and communicate with parents as required. Training is provided; the role is five days per week with a basic salary of SGD 3,000–3,500.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching experience in Chinese language or enrichment education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mandarin lessons for Primary and Secondary students based on curriculum.
• Prepare engaging classroom activities and exercises to support students' learning.
• Adapt teaching methods according to students' learning needs and abilities.
• Monitor students' progress and provide guidance to improve their Chinese language skills.
• Conduct assessments, mark assignments and maintain accurate student records.
• Provide feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents when required.
• Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.
• Support centre activities and perform other teaching-related duties as assigned.
