Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Mandarin teaching in Primary and/or Secondary school.
• Well-versed in the Primary school Mandarin curriculum.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Chinese Language, Education or equivalent.
• Teaching certificate is an advantage.
• Good classroom management.
• Team-player, flexible, and able to multi-task.
• Passionate about professional development.

Responsibilities

• Organise and deliver the subject curriculum and programmes.
• Plan lessons and prepare learning materials and resources.
• Provide a positive learning environment.
• Ensure students’ well-being and safety.
• Engage parents for feedback on students’ progress and gaps.
• Monitor and document students’ learning progress and gaps.
• Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher.
• ECA/CCA and student support.
• Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management.
