Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of project management experience, with 2–3 years in Banking Technology.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or similar are preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of technology projects; develop detailed plans and allocate resources.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; ensure clear communication on status, risks and issues.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams of developers and tech staff.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Oversee budgets and track expenses; report on financial performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors; manage contracts and deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and share lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Global Agile and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of APAC regional solutions.
• Articulate business and technical value to senior management and stakeholders.
