Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience in backend, client-side, or web-based development with independent module design and deployment.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) for communication with stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional iteration to improve system performance including UX, response speed, stability, security, and cost.
• Track and verify new AI technologies (LLM, AI Agents) and implement them in business scenarios.
