Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Mandarin Language Experts to support an AI training project focused on high-quality transcription and annotation in Mandarin and English. You will apply language expertise to create accurate transcripts and annotations that improve next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience required. This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours, allowing you to work independently from anywhere while contributing to data quality and linguistic insights that drive model

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
• Experience in professional audio transcription or related language work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with transcription tools or platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe Mandarin and English audio recordings.
• Annotate transcripts with relevant tags, metadata, and contextual notes.
• Review, proofread, and edit transcripts for accuracy and consistency.
• Follow project guidelines and maintain required formatting standards.
• Identify and clarify ambiguous audio or linguistic content.
• Complete assignments within established timelines and quality standards.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI systems and Mandarin language data.
