YOULE Mandarin Education Centre (FRM) PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to handle inquiries, maintain relationships with families, and coordinate teachers’ and students’ attendance records. You will also plan class schedules for the centre and actively drive recruitment and enrolment.

This role involves generating daily operational statistics and assisting in all routine administrative tasks to support daily centre operations, with weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into enrolment.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Able to work on weekends.
• Marketing competency is required.
• Prior teaching or preschool centre experience is preferred.
• Bookkeeping knowledge will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers' inquiries and turn leads into actual sales and student enrolment.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and coordinate teachers' and students' attendance records.
• Actively drive student recruitment and enrolment and organise class schedules for the centre.
• Assist in generating daily centre operation statistics reports (enrolment, attendance, inquiries).
• Assist in all routine admin tasks for daily operations.
