Morgan Philips Executive has undertaken a confidential mandate for a Managing Director of a Capital Financing firm based in Singapore. The role reports directly to the Group CEO and leads all deals, operations and growth for the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Building & Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy for senior secured lending and consumer financing in Singapore utilizing proprietary capital
• Deal Origination & Execution: Drive deal origination. Ensure robust credit analysis and structured financing, adhering to a prudent, no-uncollateralized lending risk appetite.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a lean, high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and high productive culture which values client service and shuns aggressive deal-making.
• Market Expansion: Leverage existing market presence to achieve semi-aggressive deployment targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a focus on their needs and delivering tailored financing solutions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: A seasoned professional with a strong background in private credit and lending, ideally from corporate banks, investment banks, private equity, family offices, or specialized leasing/lending firms.
