The Managing Director, Real Estate will be responsible for supporting the acquisition, development, and management of real estate transactions. The primary focus will be on executing the overall real estate strategy for the Group, encompassing various asset classes such as commercial, hospitality, and industrial properties. This is a broad-based role requiring familiarity with development, project management, portfolio, and asset management across various real estate areas.

The ideal candidate is likely to possess:

• Extensive experience in real estate (15+ years), with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of real estate investment, development, and property management, with a focus on mixed-use developments including hospitality.
• Knowledge of the Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, and Thai real estate markets and regulations is an asset.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment analysis, market trends, and financial modeling.
• Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
• A history of driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and managing large-scale projects.
• Awareness of current market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
