Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Head of Operations to guide the group’s strategic plans, lead teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality work aligned with business targets.

You will oversee product/service expansion, strengthen market Position, and manage the operations of multiple centres to drive enrolment growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with the Holding Company and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• International education or cross-cultural work experience is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen with proven capabilities in sales, market development and operations.

• International education or cross-cultural work experience is advantageous, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with proven capabilities in sales, market development, team management and business operations. Ability to identify market opportunities, drive enrolment and revenue growth, and lead teams towards organisational objectives.
