You are a seasoned in generating revenues and growing clients in the luxury and corporate events, experiences industry.


You have exceptional communications and client relationship management skills and are highly motivated and independent. You enjoy bringing new ideas to clients and are a trusted leader to the team in executing events and projects. You have extensive experience in managing and executing all types of events. You bring energy, a positive attitude and lead by example.

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenues
  • Build and grow client relationships
  • P&L responsibilities and management
  • Lead a team of creatives, events professionals, partners and suppliers
  • Lead business development efforts with luxury brands, agencies, and financial institutions
  • Train, develop and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university
  • Min 10 years of experience in the events industry
  • 360° events planning knowledge and experience
  • Working with luxury brands and luxury segment
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Possess a creative and problem-solver mindset
  • Strategic, methodical, meticulous, and strong sense of urgency
