Job summary

A leading fruit trading company in Singapore is looking for an experienced senior manager to drive growth and oversee operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of senior management experience in relevant industries, excellent leadership and sales skills, along with a strong network in the industry. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. This role offers an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make strategic decisions for business success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in fruit trading, FMCG, food distribution, or supply chain industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a business, leading teams, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong ability to develop partnerships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Familiarity with procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Established relationships with fruit suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors is a plus.
  • Ability to work with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to analyse complex business challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Malay is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
