Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the desired results are achieved and are consistent with the organization’s strategy and mission.

2. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to identify, create and implement strategic plans to actualize business objectives.

3. To conduct periodical review of organization’s strategic plan and annual budget.

4. Regular reporting to headquarter in Japan and Board of Directors.

5. Develop partnerships with company stakeholders and other relevant parties.

6. Review reports by subordinate managers to acquire understanding of the organization’s financial and non-financial position.

7. Oversee and manage business of overseas subsidiaries.

8. Plan, organise and execute business related projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess deep knowledge of automotive-related products and in automotive industry.

2. Strong organization and leadership abilities.

3. At least 10 years’ of relevant experience in leadership position.

4. Must possess JLPT N1 certification or business level of Japanese for reporting to headquarter in Japan and communication with group companies in Japan and other region.

5. Must be physically and mentally strong as the job requires frequent traveling.

6. Must possess a degree qualification.
