MANAGING DIRECTOR

As the Managing Director – 9S MARKET, you will oversee all aspects of the division’s operations, strategy, and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering strong financial performance, driving innovation across the supply chain, and leading a passionate team committed to excellence and sustainability.

• Develop and execute the long-term strategic plan for the Seafood Division
• Oversee end-to-end operations: procurement, processing, logistics, quality assurance, and sales
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders globally
• Lead innovation in product development and supply chain efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards
• Drive financial performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Foster a high-performing leadership team and culture of continuous improvement

• Proven executive leadership experience in the seafood or broader food manufacturing industry
• Deep understanding of seafood sourcing, processing, and global trade
• Strong P&L management experience with a track record of delivering business growth
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience with sustainable seafood practices and certifications (e.g., MSC, ASC)
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
