A modern Halal Vietnamese food brand seeks a dynamic Managing Director to lead their operations. The role involves strategic leadership, team management, and financial oversight to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence across multiple outlets. With multiple outlets and a growing real estate portfolio, we’re ready to scale, and we’re looking for a dynamic Managing Director to lead the way.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership:
Drive business strategy, growth plans, and long-term vision in line with the founder’s direction.
• Operations Oversight:
Lead daily operations across F&B outlets, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Team Management:
Build and lead high-performing teams, including outlet managers, kitchen crew, and support staff.
• Financial Management:
Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Business Development:
Identify opportunities for expansion (e.g., new outlets, collaborations, franchising, or licensing).
• Brand Growth:
Work with marketing and branding teams to strengthen Namtown’s identity and market presence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
Liaise with the Founder, investors, suppliers, and landlords to align operational goals with business strategy.
Requirements
• Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
• Proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations or scaling a business
• Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Halal or Asian cuisine operations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred
