Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Managing Director, Southeast Asia to lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of our HR solutions business in Singapore and the wider SEA region. This executive-level role is responsible for driving regional expansion, client acquisition, and brand positioning across sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, and professional services, while ensuring full compliance with Singapore’s dynamic regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Drive overall business strategy and revenue growth across Southeast Asia.
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR solutions including RPO, executive search, and workforce transformation services for MNCs, SMEs, and public sector clients.
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with C-level executives and key industry stakeholders.
Serve as the face of the company at major networking events, industry conferences, and career expos.
Oversee commercial negotiations, proposal development, and contract execution aligned with local employment regulations (e.g., MOM, Tripartite Guidelines).
Monitor evolving market trends, immigration policies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning.
Direct integrated marketing efforts across digital platforms to boost brand visibility.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable employment and data privacy regulations, including MOM, FCF, and PDPA.
Requirements
10–15 years of senior leadership experience in HR consulting, recruitment, or business development within Singapore or the broader APAC region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record of scaling regional operations and managing enterprise clients.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Deep familiarity with Singapore’s employment legislation and government frameworks.
CEI (KAH) certification is required.
